         1. Severe weather events, including storms, tsunamis, tornadoes, snowstorms, and heat waves, can result in delivery delays. Just like any other business, couriers also experience difficulties in delivering packages during such conditions. You can keep informed about the weather by following local news channels. If your local post office indicates adverse weather conditions, your delivery is likely to be later than usual. We thank you for your understanding regarding this issue.

      3. International customs procedures
         1.  If your parcel is delayed in customs due to clearance issues, we respectfully ask that you give customs the time needed to complete the clearance process for your package.
