Sometimes packages are sent back to us due to delivery issues.
- There are several reasons why a package might be returned as undeliverable:
- An outdated or incorrect address may result in the package being returned. The courier typically holds it for a period that can vary before returning it to us. Always double-check the address when placing your order.
- In the event that an incorrect shipping address was entered with your order and it has been shipped, please submit a ticket through our Contact Form page so we can assess the possibility of sending a replacement. Please keep in mind that this is not guaranteed, as all sales are final and refunds are not available.
- In cases where an incorrect shipping address was given and you contacted us prior to shipment, submit a ticket through our Contact Form page. We’ll assess the situation to find the best way to resolve the issue and ensure a positive outcome!

- For minor spelling errors, such as "Loa Angeles, CA, 90210," there’s a good chance your local post office can still identify the correct address. Please contact them for further help.
- If the street name, zip code, or city is incorrect, we will contact your local post office to make the necessary adjustments on your behalf. If this isn’t feasible, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

- Our system doesn't recognize how the address was formatted, or the package may have been assigned to a carrier that cannot deliver to that location.
- The address you provided is restricted. If you send your order to a prison, correctional facility, or similar institution, there may be specific restrictions on the products and/or the delivery carrier.
- The carrier made a delivery attempt but was unable to complete it. Most carriers attempt delivery more than once, and if they cannot successfully deliver your package, it will be returned to us.
- The delivery was refused by the recipient. If the gift recipient is not expecting a package, they may refuse the delivery if they believe it was sent to them by mistake.
